ศพของนอสตราดามุส ราชาโหรโลกนามกระเดื่อง ถูกนำไปฝังไว้ที่         กำแพงโบสถ์คอร์เดอลิเย เมืองซาลอง ที่หลุมศพ นางแอนน์ ผู้ภรรยาได้สร้างแผ่นหินอ่อนขนาดใหญ่ จารึกนามและวันเกิดวันตาย เพื่อเป็นอนุสรณ์แก่สามีด้วย

            ต่อมาในช่วงที่เกิดการปฏิวัติใหญ่ในประเทศฝรั่งเศส พวกทหารได้ไปเปิดหลุมฝังศพของนอสตราดามุสแห่งนี้ แล้วนำศพของเขาไปฝังไว้ที่โบสถ์อีกแห่งหนึ่งในเมืองซาลอง โบสถ์แห่งใหม่นี้คือ  โบสถ์แซงต์ โลรังต์

            ปัจจุบัน หลุมฝังศพของนอสตราดามุสก็ยังอยู่ที่นั่น ที่หลุมมีภาพวาดของเขาติดอยู่ด้วย เป็นภาพสวมหมวกทรงสี่เหลี่ยม  ซึ่งเป็นหมวกแห่งความสำเร็จในชีวิตที่เขาได้ปริญญาเอกสาขาแพทยศาสตร์ จากมหาวิทยาลัยมองต์เปลิเย.
